Human rights defender and member of the “Soft Power” movement (the institution is included in the list of foreign agents by the Ministry of Justice) Olga Suvorova was detained at the Krasnoyarsk airport. This was reported on the Soft Power Telegram channel.
The report states that Suvorova returned from a meeting in Moscow.
According to the channel, the reason for his arrest was the allegation that he wrote a false report against the inspector of the economic department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to carry out a preliminary investigation check. According to Soft Power, this may be related to events in October this year, when Suvorova said she was attacked by a police officer.
Currently, Olga Suvorova is with the investigator along with her lawyer. The woman refused to give a statement for health reasons, and an ambulance was called due to high blood pressure.
