The ministry said that on December 1, a meeting of the government commission on the prevention and elimination of emergencies and ensuring fire safety was held under the leadership of Anatoly Suprunovsky, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation.
By the decision of the commission, the hurricane that ravaged the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Crimea and Sevastopol was classified as a federal emergency.
