According to him, the T-Trans company cut the electric cable that supplied electricity to some apartment buildings on Stabilnaya, Koblova and Volnistaoi streets during excavation work on Dovatora Street. As a result, thousands of residents were left without electricity, heating and water.
The Rostov administration appealed to the city prosecutor’s office. Restoration of the damaged section will be carried out at the expense of the organization that damaged the cable.
Logvinenko himself stated that during the repairs he ordered the generator to be connected and electricity to the houses to be supplied according to a temporary scheme.
