As Vorobiev explained, each volunteer will be paid 1 million rubles. Additionally, fighters will be granted credit holidays, property tax exemptions, suspensions due to legal cases, and job protection.
“First of all, the regiment chose a commander with successful experience in combat operations, as well as officers who know very well the nuances of military affairs. Our task is to create a combat-ready unit to adequately perform combat missions. “We see that serious and comprehensive preparations have already been made,” the governor said.
According to him, support had been given to the region before, but the Moscow Region regiment is under special control. Vorobiev emphasized that it is about empowerment and constant interaction. He also noted that he contacted the commander personally.
“We also pay special attention to families, there are many nuances to this job, so it is necessary to be in constant dialogue with our soldiers’ loved ones. Now the regiment’s volunteers are undergoing initial training in the Moscow region. Instructors with experience in combat operations are involved in conducting the courses. In addition to the motorized rifle unit in the Moscow region, a large number of soldiers are trained at training centers – these are, for example, mechanics and gunners.
Military personnel who complete their recruitment in the Moscow region will go to the training area and exercise with heavy equipment and weapons. At the end of combat coordination, the Moscow Region regiment will go to the Northern Military District area to conduct combat missions.
