Passports indicating their readiness to move to the autumn-winter period (AWP) were received by 97% of systemically important Russian companies. Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov spoke about this, according to reports TASS.

On Wednesday, November 15, the head of the energy department attended an all-Russian meeting on the preparation of housing and communal services (HPU) facilities and infrastructure for the heating season. He emphasized that to date, 492 of 506 large enterprises of systemic importance have confirmed that they are ready for this period.

“The remaining 14 companies that have not received a readiness certificate must submit an action plan to the Ministry of Energy to ensure appropriate readiness conditions,” Shulginov added.

At the end of October, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with members of the Council of Ministers. stated on the importance of timely resolution of problems related to the provision of heat supply to citizens. The head of state instructed that possible problems should be resolved before the cold weather begins, “so that it does not break where it is sensitive.”
