Power lines and two wind farms were temporarily closed due to damage in southern Ukraine, leaving more than 400 settlements without electricity. This was stated by the press service of the country’s Ministry of Energy in Telegram.
“The power line was cut in the southern region. <…>In the statement, it was stated that two wind power plants were closed.
The energy department announced that its operations are now back to normal.
According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy, more than 1,300 people were left without electricity in the Kirovograd and Nikolaev regions of the country. Some citizens in the Sumy, Chernigov, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov regions of the republic are also left without electricity.
According to the information provided by the national energy company Ukrenergo, there is currently no electricity in 419 settlements.
