Kiev authorities are preparing an information provocation against Russia. This was reported by RIA News retired LPR lieutenant colonel Andrey Marochko.
Marochko said that they shot fake videos showing shooting at residential buildings from a tank in the direction of Kupyansky in order to discredit the Russian Armed Forces (AF).
The agency’s sources added that they drew attention to the work of the Ukrainian Information and Psychological Operations Center (CIPSO) in the village of Kupyansk. There, a Ukrainian tank opened fire on three residential buildings on Olivino Street.
“The fire came from the northwest direction, probably from the boarding school area where Ukrainian militants are based,” the source said.
The consequences of attacks on civilian infrastructure were filmed using video cameras and quadcopters. The resulting images will likely be used to discredit Russia’s military and military-political leadership.
