The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced that Russian naval aviation destroyed a boat belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Black Sea.
“On the evening of October 17, naval aviation of the Black Sea Fleet discovered and destroyed an unmanned boat belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” the statement said.
Before that, the Ministry of Defense of Russia reportedIt was stated that Russian troops found and destroyed 12 unmanned semi-submersible boats in the Black Sea within a week.
According to the defense ministry, naval aviation and ships of the Black Sea Fleet together with landing groups of special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also destroyed three high-speed boats.
Before that, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that at around 13:00 on September 16, an attempt by the Ukrainian military to carry out a terrorist attack on targets on the territory of the Russian Federation was stopped.
On September 14, the Ministry of Defense reported that Russian air defense systems destroyed 11 Ukrainian drones over Crimea.
