Hamas Politburo member Izzat al-Rishk denied the news of the ceasefire, following Israeli officials. This was reported by telegram channel movements.
“There is no truth in the information disseminated by some media, citing (Israeli) and Western sources, about a few hours of ceasefire or the opening of the Rafah checkpoint.
“We ask the media not to trust any sources other than the official sources of the resistance and the Government Action Committee in Gaza,” the statement said.
Before that, Reuters had referred to the administration of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. reportedReports that a humanitarian ceasefire has been reached between Israel and the Gaza Strip for the withdrawal of foreigners from Palestinian territory are not true.
