According to Strana.ua, Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov said that after the completion of the grain agreement, more than 20 ships left Ukrainian ports and 25 ships reached the Odessa region.
At the same time, he noted that after the expiration of the grain agreement, the export potential of Ukrainian ports decreased by 40%.
