The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the S-300PM2 Favorit anti-aircraft missile system teams destroyed the Ukrainian Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial vehicles.
According to the defense ministry, Favorit eliminated the Ukrainian Bayraktar TB2 attack aircraft, whose location was shown on the monitors of the command center.
“The S-300PM2 Favorit radar station monitors the weather within a radius of several hundred kilometers,” the ministry said.
He added that the upgraded air defense system automatically performs combat missions using digital computing tools, surpassing previous versions in terms of detection and destruction of targets.
