Former Magnitogorsk prosecutor Nadezhda Bogukhval detained on suspicion of drug trafficking

Nadezhda Bogukhval, former deputy prosecutor of the Leninsky district of Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region, was detained on suspicion of drug trafficking. This was reported by Ura.Ru citing a source in law enforcement.

“Operators found the woman while investigating information on drug trafficking allegedly carried out by employees of the drug control department of the city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,” a source told Ura.Ru.

According to the publication, one of the suspects testified against his relative Bogukhval. The man said that he received banned substances from the former prosecutor to be sold further.

FSB and Investigative Committee officers detained Bogukhval and found drugs on him. The former prosecutor stated that the seized items were inherited from his deceased wife. The woman herself is currently retired.

Previously actress Ramila Iskandar arrested for drug trafficking.
