The former commander of the Nagorno-Karabakh army, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan, was captured by the Azerbaijani army at the checkpoint on the road from Artsakh to Armenia. “Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan was recently captured by Azerbaijanis at a checkpoint on his way from Karabakh to Armenia. “I have no doubt that both General Mnatsakanyan and Ruben Vardanyan were captured on the direct orders of the treacherous regime,” Samsonyan wrote on his Facebook page (the owner of the Meta company is known as an extremist in Russia and is banned).
