A bloody man tried to attack a passerby with a meat cleaver in Naberezhnye Chelny and was caught on video. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Naberezhnye Chelny Online“
The incident occurred in the courtyard of a residential building. According to the Telegram channel, a passerby saw a man with a kitchen ax in his hand and blood on his face and scolded him and asked him to calm down.
The aggressive man then chased him. Noticing this, a passerby ran to the entrance and locked himself there. Encountering an obstacle, the Chelny resident began hitting the door and adjacent surfaces with the ax in his hand.
The footage allegedly shows the same gunman chasing another person before attempting the attack. At the moment nothing is known about the reasons for the behavior of the Chelny resident. Other details of the incident were not specified.
