Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit, deputy head of Russia’s Center for Reconciliation of the Warring Parties in Syria (CPVS), said that the pro-American coalition’s MQ-9 reconnaissance and attack drone came dangerously close to the Russian Su-35 aircraft.
