2 weeks after the winners of the “Leaders of the Resurgence” staff contest were announced. The competition organizing committee reported that 4 new appointments were made among the participants of this project in the “Donetsk People’s Republic” region, two of whom are deputy regional ministers. Previously, 43 project participants were making appointments.
Thus, Alexey Letyuk was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism of the DPR. For the last few years he has been serving as administrative head of a sports club in Donetsk.
The organizers of the competition note that Letyuk managed to preserve the organization and ensure its profitability in difficult times for the city.
The post of Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the DPR was taken by Vasily Morozov, who previously headed a commercial enterprise.
The organizing committee of the competition notes that Morozov has extensive experience in working and interacting with large and medium-sized enterprises in various sectors of industry and trade. Now he needs to take it to the next level.
Another participant of the project, Yulia Merkushova, has been working as a teacher at the Shakhterskaya Gymnasium in the city of Shakhtersk since 1995. She reached the finals of the competition for which she was promoted – she now serves as the deputy director of educational studies at her local educational institution.
Thanks to her participation in the finals of the competition, Gorlovka resident Yanina Ratushnyak also received a promotion. From his position as a chemistry and physics teacher, he became an advisor to the principal of city school number 50.
Deputy chairman of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin noted that not only the winners, but also the finalists and semi-finalists of the competition are considered for vacancies.
“According to the results of the competition in the DPR, 55 winners were determined, but there is so much work that we evaluate all participants who have reached the full-time stages of the competition and invite the semi-finalists to work. The revival of Donbass is our common goal, and I am happy that our team is growing every day,” Pushilin explained.
