A third of Russians (30%) have been working for the same company for 3-5 years, and 22% of respondents say they have worked for the company for more than 10 years. This is demonstrated by a study of the services Rabota.ru and SberPodbor, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
Interestingly, women prefer a job more than 10 years in one place more often than men (23% vs 20%).
12% of the survey participants stated that they stayed in the institution for 8-10 years. 11% of the respondents have been working in one place for 2 years and 6-7 years. On average, 7% of the participants have been working for 1 year. 4% of Russians stated that they stayed in the same place for six months or less. 3% of survey respondents have recently landed their first job.
The longest (more than 10 years) Russians work in the fields of security (40%), personnel management (31%) and education (30%).
Often the Russians chose a period of study from 3 to 5 years in one place. Top 5 areas where employees worked for 3-5 years: finance (42%), construction (37%), marketing (35%), IT (33%), and transportation/logistics (32%).
