Rescuers began to search for a man who disappeared during the marathon on Mount Yalangas in the Beloretsky district of Bashkiria. This was reported by the press service Republic Ministry of Emergency Situations Main Directorate.

On September 4, the regional directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies received a report from his wife that a Russian was missing. A man born in 1980 did not return home at the appointed time during the ascent of Mount Yalangas as part of the Russian Geographical Society’s marathon.

Emergency services immediately began searching for the man. They managed to find the marathon participant’s car at the Raspberry base.

With the start of daylight on September 5, rescue teams plan to involve volunteers in the search for missing persons. In addition, KA-32 fire and rescue helicopter will be used in emergency services.
