st. Petersburg Garrison Military Court ruled against a former soldier who had served in the compulsory military service. At the hearing, the defendant stated that he understood and accepted the accusation. While giving the sentence, the court took into account the fact that the former soldier had grown up without a father from the age of two and in a large family, as well as his regret for his act.

The court fined him 250 thousand rubles.
