In Yaroslavl, a pensioner took homeless animals to his apartment and kept them there. This was reported by the deputy of the regional Duma. Vasily Bobkov.

Experts managed to open the apartment on August 14, but this became known only now. Inside, the volunteers found a large number of surviving animals in this room.

“The apartment on Chkalov Street is full of biological waste and garbage from landfills,” Bobkov said on air.

The landlady brought a large amount of waste into the apartment. Most likely, the pensioner had mental problems. He frightened the neighbors, so for a long time they did not contact law enforcement.

Currently, volunteers continue to weed out the rubble from the apartment. Dogs will be vaccinated so that they can bond with their families.

Previously a woman in Minusinsk threw hungry children without food in a locked apartment.
