In Kaspiysk, a two-year-old girl was rescued who fell on the ninth floor window sill of one of the houses on Khalilov Street. This has been officially announced telegraph channel Ministry of Internal Affairs for Dagestan.
The incident occurred at around 5 am on 14 August. Meanwhile, those who went to the beach saw the boy by the window. Eyewitnesses immediately began to call the police.
The police immediately came to the scene and started knocking on the door of the apartment with a child in the window. Soon it was decided to open the door in order to have time to save the child.
The law enforcement officers, along with the residents, were divided into two groups: some tried to open the door without frightening the child, while others stood all this time downstairs with a bunch of thick blankets under the window.
It was decided to shoot again before starting to open the locks. It turned out that the girl’s older sister was at home, afraid to open the door. Still, the attendants persuaded the boy’s sister, who was standing by the window, to let them in.
An investigation into the situation has been initiated.
