The Krasnoyarsk Zheleznodorozhny District Court found Polina Dvorkina guilty of an administrative offense in accordance with Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity) and fined the aggressor ten thousand rubles.
