The Shevchenkovsky court in Kiev rejected the petition of the acting lawyer of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, Metropolitan Pavel (Lebed), on the objection of the judge. This was reported by the Ukrainian edition of “Strana.ua”.
It was noted that the court should continue to consider the prosecution’s petition to choose a preventive measure for Pavel in the form of 24-hour house arrest.
