The Russian government has passed a bill that completely bans the propaganda of the trafficking of illegal drugs and psychotropic substances. Announced on April 1 Web site cabinet.

In July last year, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia developed Bill to criminalize the sale of drugs on the Internet.
