In the Kaliningrad region, the jury convicted a 44-year-old resident of the Stavropol Territory, accusing him of murdering a pregnant cohabitant. It has been reported press office Regional SU of the IC of Russia.

The tragedy happened in the fall of 2009.

The accused lived with a 35-year-old woman who became pregnant with him. After the man found out about this, he decided to take care of her, because he was already officially married and had three children, two from his legal wife and one illegitimate.

In November, an attacker strangled a new cohabitant and disposed of the body by dumping it in a well in Kaliningrad. The remains of a woman were only discovered in February 2010. Fearing criminal responsibility, the man went to the Stavropol Territory.

In the new district, in the summer of the same year, the defendants, as part of a group, committed the murder of an investigator from the Russian Investigative Committee. He then went to Ukraine but was extradited at Russia’s request and sentenced to 18 years in prison in 2012. Later, investigators found that he was involved in the murder of a pregnant woman and took her to the territory of the Kaliningrad region.

In the near future, the court will rule on him.
