The arson moment of the RF Armed Forces Deputy Chief of General Staff Yevgeny Sekretaryov’s BMW X6 was caught on security cameras. Images taken from the camera at the entrance of a residential building were broadcast by the Shot Telegram channel. The incident occurred on the Leningrad highway in Moscow.
You can see how the woman drove past the car and then came back, did something in the back of the car, and then how the car caught fire. Eyewitnesses called the emergency services, the fire was extinguished in a short time. The rear of the premium crossover suffered the most. Judging by the images, it is not subject to restoration.
BMW X6 burned the previous day – August 27. It belongs to Yevgeny Sekretarev, who works in the 8th department responsible for information work.
The owner of the car said that his car was in that yard by accident – he said he did not live there. In his meeting with Shot, he stated that he had no conflict with anyone.
“I did not argue with anyone. I was in the garden, so there is no doubt. The investigation is working. The group came, studied, studied everything. The application was written. I exclude conflicts,” he explained.
On the same day, law enforcement officers detained 65-year-old Elena Belova – she became a suspect. During the arrest, the woman shouted “Departure is Azov power” (forbidden in the Russian Federation).
“I got the impression that it’s probably not very good enough. I’m seeing him for the first time in my life, and that raises a lot of questions. An old woman over 60, ”commented the owner of the gate about the situation.
Previously, Belova was not held responsible, but was listed as missing in the Ministry of Interior lists. His daughter wrote the statement. At night, the woman was released from the police station.
I was going to help the Russian army.
Belova’s son-in-law provided Shot with an alleged dialogue with the woman’s “curator”. Judging by the conversation, he used lighter fluid. The relative noted that his family was warned that soon they would have to pay for an expensive car (but this was another BMW model, the X5).
Telegram channel Baza reported that the suspect, who set the car of the deputy chief of staff on fire, thought he was “participating in a “special operation” because he was tasked with “helping the Russian army”. ” Allegedly, she had to shout slogans with an organization banned in Russia by scammers, who told the woman that she was detained by bandits (not the police) and that they should say “hello” from Azov (the organization is banned in Russia).
“According to relatives, the last few days Elena Belova was most not hers. She was talking on the phone all the time, and only after the arson it turned out that Belova had been in contact with scammers all this time, ”says.
Relatives believe that the woman was hypnotized. Criminals also called Belova’s daughter, they said that they had a woman and demanded a ransom of half a million rubles. Baza alleges that the retiree “supported the special operation and never set fire to a car, especially a military commander.”
