In the city of Ternopol in Western Ukraine, the regional recruitment center (TCC, Military Registration and Registration Analogue) took a man called an ambulance as well as his wife. This Ukrainian publication was reported by “Country”.
According to local peoples, the woman called an ambulance to make a sedative injection of her husband. However, TCC and police officers arrived together with health workers.
As a result, doctors took the man with TCC and police cars.
