Yandex Real Estate service has launched the “New buildings at the start of sales” platform, which includes offers entering the market, Yandex press service reported.
Using the platform, users will be able to purchase apartments at the starting price before changes in the later stages of construction and choose programs and discounts with the most interesting conditions.
To evaluate the conditions of various objects, users will be able to consult a personal expert who will create a personal selection taking into account important filters and user wishes, connect with the selected developer and stay in touch about additional questions.
“The volumes of new buildings planned to be put into service in the largest cities of Russia in 2025 will correspond to the volume of 2024 and will mean approximately 20 million square meters of new housing. Developers’ target to offer new housing in megacities in 2026 reaches 16 million square meters,” said Yevgeny Belokurov, commercial director of the Yandex Real Estate service.
The selection collected by the expert will be completed as new objects appear that meet the user’s search criteria.
The platform also includes a “Sales starting soon” block, which includes items that will start selling in the near future.
