Silovik noted that after meeting with the representatives of the relevant department, Alexander Maksimenko, one of the leaders of the organization, explained what the analytical group was working on.
According to the agency, Maksimenko said, “In our center, the idea arose to write an analytical note to the presidential office “On countering Kherson’s integration into Russia”.
In order to “delay” the integration process, it was proposed to finance the representatives of the budgetary institutions in the region as long as possible and ensure the continuation of the work of the treasury.
According to the head of the center, the analytical group worked in the city until the end of June 2022, preparing documents for the office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
He also stated that he started to cooperate with the Russian security forces voluntarily and also provided them with all the information and working documents he had about the work of the centre.
Also, Maksimenko spoke about his intention to apply for Russian citizenship.
