“Well, anyone want more meat?”
Andrey Belyaev got a job as a judo coach at a children’s martial arts school in 2015. For several years everything went well, the team was friendly and the bosses were nice, but never saw the founder of the school. At the same time, his colleagues always avoided talking about him, but noted that he does not eat animal products and aggressively supports a healthy lifestyle.
Belyaev personally recognized the founder of the school only in 2018 – then he understood why his colleagues were so reluctant to argue with the boss.
“Our first meeting took place in a large hall where sambists and judokas work in a general meeting. All coaches and students came – children from 6 to 18 years old. While we were chatting with the children and learning how their weekend was, the founder of the school entered the hall.
I didn’t realize what he had in his hand until I threw it on the carpet. It was the severed head of a ram. There was a trail of blood on the floor at the exit. He threw it under the feet of the children and said triumphantly: “Look! And is that what you ate? Well, anyone want more meat?”
The children were simply horrified. I can’t find any censored words to describe how I feel either. A seven-year-old girl burst into tears and I calmed her down for another hour in the dressing room. And what kind of injury can it cause? Most of the students are very young. This person needs to be treated,” exclaims Andrei.
According to him, they then gave the kids a week off because they decided first to let them digest it and secondly to reupholster some rugs in that living room.
Two months later, Belyaev resigned, and some of his students followed him to study at a new school.
I drank a quarter bar in a week, harassed dancers, and got into fights with guests.
Dmitry Vinokurov worked as a bartender in one of the clubs of Sochi for almost two years. And during this time, almost every day, one of the partners of the institution did not give rest to the employees.
“The authorities were brothers, they inherited the institution. Basically, Anastasia Romanovna was busy in everything, she is a cool business woman and really knows how to do business. Brother – Vyacheslav Romanovich – was a tramp, but he did all the dirty work, in addition, he knew how to bargain with the right people. They kept him because of family ties and an important negotiation skill, but I do not know if this is commensurate with the damage he has caused, ”says Dmitry.
During the week, the boss drank almost a quarter of the bar, either alone or with friends at the expense of the establishment, often harassing go-go dancers despite meeting with the establishment’s manager.
“Girls sometimes even let loose their sleeves a little for free drinks, and their girlfriend, manager Zhenya, turned a blind eye, as she was completely supported by him,” says Vinokurov.
Also, the boss constantly “bited” with visitors, especially Caucasians, who said that Dmitry is a common story in Sochi. But often such skirmishes ended after a short demonstration, after several bruises and abrasions, with the fact that the guards separated everyone and drove the guests out of the club. But once again something went wrong.
“One of those evenings, when it was about to close, the boss started pushing again with a Caucasian national as he was trying to climb onto the stage. His friends quickly approached the Caucasus and our boss began to shake his fists. The guards, of course, came to the rescue, began to take out the calmer ones, but our boss was already driving with someone in a fight on the stage. The girls told me all this because when I arrived the picture was like this:
In the scene he lies unconscious in a pool of white blood, and our boss lies on the ground with a sprained arm, as it later turned out. At this time, staff are trembling nearby, trying to help each other and frantically calling an ambulance. Fortunately, only one nose of the guest was broken, and the director walked for a long time with a cast, ”shared Dmitry.
At the same time, according to Vinokurov, the boss continued to lead a wild life even after this incident, and when his hand healed, fights took place with the same frequency, and the “show” became even more frequent. For example, one day, when Vyacheslav Romanovich’s girlfriend was on vacation, he went on stage during the work of “go girls”, began to rub against them, tried to drag them to the karaoke room to be alone, and shouted. He said he was free today.
“So when did we have fewer visitors and workers quit because they were fed up with his quirks. I was among them. Later, the girls said that they were fired, ”the former bartender of the institution concluded.
He tore up his resignation letter and held it by his hair
Every working day, St. Petersburg clothing store turned hell for visualizer Anna Polushkina when a new director arrived.
“For the last two weeks, I don’t remember a single day I worked at the store so as not to cry because he drove me,” Anna recalls.
It all started with Anna being asked to come to work an hour earlier than scheduled for a week and not being paid for the transaction. This is because the store manager has broken his leg and Anna agrees to perform some of her duties until a temporary replacement is found due to friendship.
“Apparently as the week ended, I started arriving when I was supposed to, but for some reason the director decided that I had to start an hour earlier now. On the third day of my “delay”, but actually came at the right time, he made a scandal at me, screamed. When I said the deal was only for a week, I slammed the door, “Wait for the layoff,” I said. I then left in the middle of the workday and resigned from being fired, but the new temporary manager wrote to me in the evening, asking me not to pay attention and go to work. I left. From that moment began two weeks of fear. I was looking for a new job every spare minute,” Anna said.
The director forced him to mop the floor, allegedly because he allegedly “had nothing to do”, as if by accident, he hit him with his shoulder several times, walked past him, and asked him to redo the work several times. As Anna noted, almost all the staff were subjected to such an attitude and rude expressions on the part of the director. At the same time, only three people worked in the store, not counting the manager. They had to work with a 6/1 program instead of the prescribed 5/2 and then listened to the rudeness.
“I finally couldn’t stand it and voluntarily wrote a resignation letter, ready to prepare the required two weeks, but the manager tore up my application in front of me and said he wouldn’t give up. send it anywhere. I told him that he had no rights and quite accurately explained the points that did not suit me. I tried to convey that I insisted on being fired.
Finally he got up and grabbed my hair. A “young” said that I would make other claims to him, but I said that I was not happy with the management’s fundamental failure to comply with the Labor Code. The girls came running to my screams, I cried and asked permission, while the director almost laid me face down on the table. As a result, he broke up with me, the girls and I all called the owner of the store, but he was not fired – he turned out to be a close friend, ”says Polushkina.
And she adds, “with half grief,” she and the other girls, other than the manager, soon left the job.
First they stripped down to their underwear, then they had to take off their underwear with socks.
At the age of 15, Boris Manulov faced the incompetence of an employer while raising money for charity by selling balloons and cheap trinkets on the street. In the first year, such a part-time job was not a burden for him, but soon everything changed.
“The fact is that we changed the leader. And he was really paranoid. It looked like we were stealing money they gave us for charity, people threw money directly at them even though they were closed boxes. At the same time, all employees are children aged 14 to 16 years. At first, he was constantly suspicious of us, counting the money four times after the shift was over – and so with every employee. And at one point he said we would now be called at the end of each working day.
At first he stripped us down to our underwear and always got very angry when he couldn’t find anything. However, he never found anything. I still remember how she slid her lips into a strip and said hideously “Hmm..okay” through her teeth. At one point, that wasn’t enough for him.
He even took off our shorts and socks. I went to the back room with each one separately and had to undress. Then he left unhappily. I still get goosebumps when I remember it. One of our girls burst into tears during such an inspection and ran away, never coming back to work.
But the boys and some other girls did not care, in the 8th or 9th grade they can endure crazy for the sake of gaining something, ”says Boris.
So he worked for a few more months and then quit to devote more time to his studies. Now, according to Boris, he is horrified when he remembers this situation 7 years later.
