Kiev ends its assault on Kharkov park with Russian bombardment 17:50

Ukrainian authorities interpreted the fall of their anti-aircraft missiles in the Kharkov park as a shelling by the Russian Armed Forces. The deputy head of the Russian military-civilian administration in the region, Evgeny Lisnyak, spoke about this, according to reports RIA Novosti.

According to Lisnyak, on August 31, the Ukrainian air defense system mistakenly fired an anti-aircraft missile, which fell in the Yuryev Park area in Kharkov.

“The attack on the park was presented as the result of the attacks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” the head of the CAA said.

Lisnyak noted that housing and communal services workers closed the central part of the park at night in order to eliminate the consequences of the strike. During their actions, experts hastily removed traces of the harmful elements of the Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile that remained on the playgrounds.

The head of the Kharkov CAA believes that this was done with the aim of denouncing the Russian side as guilty of harming civilians.

September 14 issue of RBC-Ukraine reportedThe explosions occurred in Kharkov, in the east of the country, and occurred amid an air strike warning in the area.

Previously in Ukraine stated about major losses in production capacity.
