Prosecutors do not support US President’s son’s request to use Alford precedent

Prosecutors opposed the plea deal in the tax evasion case against US President Joe Biden’s son Hunter. The agency reported that Reuters.

The watchdog agency admitted it did not understand the intentions of Hunter Biden and his lawyers.

Biden Jr. offered a plea deal under the Alford precedent, a case in which a defendant acknowledges there is enough evidence to convict him but does not admit guilt. This tactic helps reduce the sentence.

On Thursday, September 5, it was learned that the son of US President Joe Biden died. Intended to plead guilty to tax evasion of at least $1.4 million.

The jury in June reputed Hunter is guilty of all three charges in the case of violations in the purchase and storage of weapons. He faces up to 25 years in prison, but experts say the sentence will be lenient.

Former FBI informant statedHunter says he got dirt on Biden from Russia.
