Venezuelan streets stage demonstrations showing dead ends of civil conflict

Un mes después de las elecciones presidenciales más polémicas de la historia reciente venezolana todo parece estar en el mismo lugar incógnito. Las apariencias pueden engañar y bajo ese posible equívoco, el antimadurismo y el gobernante Partido Socialista Unido (PSUV) protagonizaron otra vez en Caracas dos marchas paralelas que también hablan de dos líneas que no se tocan porque, de lo contrario, todo podría explotar por los aires. La oposición reivindicó en la avenida Francisco Miranda, frente al coqueto Centro Comercial Lido, la victoria en las urnas del candidato de la Plataforma de Unidad Democrática (PUD), Edmundo González Urrutia. Como si participara de una “realidad paralela” a la de sus adversarios, el PSUV salió a la calle a “celebrar” la controvertida proclamación por parte del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) del triunfo de Nicolás Maduro.
