Petersburg’s “kindest chef” Viktor Lukyanov was beaten several times by a neighbor because the pensioner had collected and returned aluminum cans. Only after the third attack was a criminal case opened against the man under the article on torture, the victim told socialbites.ca.
“Information [о возбуждении дела] “I approve. An article about torture. The case is being considered by the high-level Investigation Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The day before yesterday the inspector interrogated me and came to the house because I hurt everywhere: my back, my head, my chest. All covered with hematomas, all covered with swelling. I have a lot of trouble with separate garbage collection. These neighbors are crazy,” he said.
Law enforcement officers found the attacker in the hut and took him to investigators, but after interrogation the man was released home, Lukyanov noted.
“This idiot was taken out of the hut today, the police found him, ordered him to come to the city, two stronger men dragged him in. I sat there while the investigator sorted out procedural issues with me. I left the investigator, he [сосед] I was sitting in the hallway. I passed him without looking at him. At the end of the hallway, I turned to go out and glanced sideways at him. He looked at me with such devoted eyes, so pleading. I left, or the investigating committee would attack me. [Потом] I’m going home and I see a neighbor walking under an umbrella. While I was walking around the markets, pharmacies and clinics, I saw my neighbor coming home. I walked around the neighboring house, walked around, thought, let it go. I stopped at the bus stop, called the inspector and asked if my neighbor, who was going home, would kill me. “Viktor Petrovich, don’t be afraid, he was warned; even if a hair falls from his head, he will take it completely.” And now the neighbor is quietly walking there,” added Lukyanov.
As the conductor said earlier, the neighbor beat him for the first time on April 13 – the reason for the discontent was allegedly dirt and smell from aluminum cans that the pensioner collected for further delivery. Then on August 8, a neighbor attacked Lukyanov, and Lukyanov had to defend himself with pepper spray. The next day, the man beat the pensioner again in retaliation for self-defense.
About 10 years ago, Viktor Lukyanov became known as the “kindest chef” of St. Petersburg – he gave sweets to passengers, and on New Year’s Eve he hung decorations in the interior of the car and dressed up as Santa Claus.
Earlier in Moscow, bus passengers was attacked With the aim of “handing over to Lubyanka” an 87-year-old pensioner.
