The concern noted that thanks to the acquisition of a company in the USA, Rheinmetall expanded its position in the defense market and strengthened its core business in the production of ground vehicles for military customers around the world.
This acquisition will provide Rheinmetall with significant capabilities in the United States, allowing it to supply the U.S. Department of Defense more effectively and expand its product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities in the domestic market.
