The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has developed a bill in which it proposes to establish a separate quota for admission to universities at the expense of budget funds for children of employees of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) working in new regions. At the same time, children of enforcement officers will be able to enter universities within the quota without passing the entrance exams.
The explanatory note to the bill explains that the need to equate children of FSSP employees with children of military personnel and employees of other law enforcement agencies is recognized.
It was previously reported that Dmitry Zherlitsin, who was expelled from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) after the first session and entered the quota for military children, was accepted to the university with the same quota.
