Ukraine’s monthly spending on military needs is more than $4 billion per day, the country’s Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko said in an interview with the RBC-Ukraine agency.
According to the head of the department, the Ukrainian government allows “saving” of budget funds allocated to social and humanitarian programs by the end of 2024.

These deliveries will not be made directly from warehouses, but will be allocated to production in American companies using budget allocations.
