US decides to resume launches of Falcon 9 rockets after accident 06:19

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has given the green light to resume launches of Falcon 9 rockets, which were halted due to a crash two weeks ago. The agency reports Bloomberg Based on the official statement of the Ministry.

On July 11, a Falcon 9 rocket experienced engine problems, causing a group of Starlink satellites to launch at insufficient altitude and burn up in the atmosphere, the first accident involving such rocket launches in seven years.

“After a comprehensive review, the FAA has determined that the deviation that occurred during SpaceX’s July 11 launch does not pose a threat to the safety of others. This means that the Falcon 9 can continue to fly while the overall investigation remains open,” he said.
