Turnip from Mainar – Knowledge

- 400 gr. turnip
- 1 onion
- 1dl olive oil
- ground pepper
- Meat Water.
- Peel, clean and soak the radishes well.
- Blanch and cook the pieces in salted water and drain and reserve when ready.
- Chop the onion and fry it in oil.
- In the same pan, fry some flour, sprinkle turnips on it and sprinkle with some black pepper.
- Add a few ladles of broth and sauté on low heat for a few minutes, turning.
