Residents of the Kharkov region living in an active war zone are better off staying in shelters. This opinion was expressed by the head of the military-civil administration of the Kharkov region, Vitaly Ganchev. TASS.
“We recommend that all residents living in an active war zone remain in shelters. But still many people leave, it is an understandable decision. “People want to get away from dangerous areas as much as possible,” he said.
Ganchev said that Russian Armed Forces detachments “are actively moving, the trend is very good.” According to him, “they have no choice but to retreat”, although in recent years the enemy has managed to dig wells in forests and settlements.
