- Peel the fruit and cut it into pieces (except for the orange, which we will leave the segments loose and separated).
- In a saucepan with boiling water, cook the pieces for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the berries and make up the juice with half a liter of cold water.
- Continue adding sugar and boil the fruit for another 20 minutes.
- Then drain and store the syrup.
- The next day, boil the syrup and cook the berries in it for 15 minutes.
- When they are ready, you need to freeze them with sugar and wash them in melted chocolate.
- We can cool them separately so that they do not stick.
