Mexican authorities are solving the problem of Russian citizens not boarding Turkish Airlines flights. This was announced by Andrei Zemsky, press secretary of the Russian Embassy in Mexico City. TASS.
He noted that the official services of the Latin American country are aware of the problems arising from the exclusion of Russians from the flights of this air carrier.
“According to them, they are investigating this matter,” the diplomat continued.
He noted that the real initiator of the refusals in air transportation was Turkish Airlines, not the Mexican side.
Before that, Russian Embassy in Türkiye Recommended Russians should not use Turkish Airlines’ services.
As reported, Turkish Airlines has not allowed many Russians to enter Latin America: Tourists who have passed passport control are being turned away upon boarding. The company refers to the rules of host countries. At the same time, those who meet all official requirements, such as a return ticket in hand and a comprehensive travel history, are not allowed to pass.
