The political scientist believes that the implementation of complex infrastructure projects in Donbass shows the society that regional development plans will definitely be implemented.
At the same time, Alexander Rudakov noted that the construction of new facilities in the DPR and LPR is associated with very great difficulties and many difficulties.
He emphasized that the facilities were built in an environment where they were exposed to bombardment by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, infrastructure was destroyed and logistics facilities were close to the front.
“However, each of the planned projects has been fully implemented and the necessary equipment and resources have been provided. It is clear that the priority nature of the restoration and revitalization of Donbass is the principled position of the head of state, which is reflected in the work of all government bodies,” the EISI expert concluded.
