Nutritionist explained the possible dangers of coffee for the body 15:28

According to Meshcheryakova, drinking more than two cups of coffee a day can lead to dehydration, and along with the liquid, minerals and water-soluble vitamins (B and C) leave the body. B vitamins also lose their activity when they react with coffee components such as tannins.
