France closes virtual classrooms in schools and institutes due to hoax bomb warnings

Un fenómeno macabro difícil de gestionar. Francia hace frente de nuevo a otra sucesión de falsas alertas de atentados o ataques bomba en escuelas e institutos. Después de las 800 del pasado otoño, el Ministerio de Educación ha contabilizado más de 340 desde el 21 de marzo. La mayoría de ellas se deben a piratas informáticos (muchos de ellos adolescentes) que se cuelan en las aulas virtuales de los centros educativos para publicar mensajes amenazantes. Algunos de ellos se inspiran del yihadismo —por ejemplo, con un video sobre una decapitación—, otros de la ultraderecha o no vehiculan ninguna reivindicación. Ante la nueva oleada, la administración educativa ha decidido cortar por lo sano: cerrar de manera temporal las aulas virtuales.
