3 November 2023 Basmanny Court prisoner sentenced him to 8.5 years in a general regime colony. Verzilov was also banned from managing Internet resources for four years. His defenders insisted on his innocence and demanded his client’s acquittal.
Previously Moscow court denied Arrest in absentia of Verzilov’s ex-wife Nadezhda Tolokonnikova (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation).
