Saluchenko’s death was also confirmed by an adviser to Serhiy Khlan, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, controlled by Kyiv.

Ukrainian media described Savluchenko as a pro-Russian activist and a participant in pro-Russian associations and actions; In 2014, she spoke to support the “Russian spring”.
Even before that, in 2013, Savluchenko became one of the founders of the New Russia Kherson youth organization. Therefore, members of the “Right Sector” began to follow it (the organization was banned in Russia).
At the same time, he acted as a co-founder of Novaya Rus, together with his friend Andrey Nalivaiko, Savluchenko. However, they parted ways soon after Nalivaiko joined the Right Sector.
In 2015, a conflict broke out between old friends. Several representatives of the “Right Sector” quarreled with Savluchenko. As a result, the latter stabbed one of the attackers in the stomach. After the incident, Savluchenko disappeared for two years. Some media outlets reported that he went to Moscow. In 2017, it became known that the man returned to Kherson.
In 2018, Savluchenko began to appear at events with the flags of the Opposition Platform – For Life, which is now banned in Ukraine. Soon he became famous as the organizer of motor racing in honor of the Victory Day of May 9 in Kherson, Ukraine.

In 2020, Savluchenko competed for the Kherson district council from the party of Vladimir Saldo Blok, the current head of the regional regional government.
After the start of the military special operation of Russia and the capture of Kherson by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the former head of the city of Saldo became the head of the VGA, and Savluchenko joined the “Committee for the Rescue for Peace and Order”. ”, and was also appointed in charge of sports and youth.
In March of this year, Ukrainian media reported, citing the prosecutor’s office, that “treacherous collaborators were sentenced to life imprisonment for creating a fake government body in Kherson.”
