The Military Logistics Academy named after Army General AV Khrulev has patented a remote-controlled combat module with a grenade launcher, designed for installation on robotic platforms. This was reported by TASS.

The publication says that the module includes a lightly armored vehicle on which the engine, transmission, driven chassis, weapons and control equipment are mounted. The frame of the AGS-17 grenade launcher is rigidly fixed in the upper part of the complex.

According to the developers, the complex has a simple design that does not imply the presence of a tower in order to accommodate the limited space in which the weapons used must be improved.
