The Russian FSB detained 49 members of the terrorist network in 22 regions who participated in fundraising activities for militants in Syria. This was reported by the Public Relations Center (PSC) of the FSB of Russia, it writes TASS.
“The resource supply channel of the terrorist organization Katiba Tawhid wal-Jihad, banned in Russia, coordinated by MTO representatives in Syria, has been eliminated,” the FSB said.
It was announced that 49 people detained on the territory of the Russian Federation were accomplices to terrorist activities and involved in collecting money for Syrian militants.
