A 12-year-old female complained of abdominal pain that prevented her from sleeping or doing any physical activity. The Russian woman visited doctors in different clinics, but the medicines they gave did not have the desired effect. Doctors found the cause of the disease after examining the computed tomography scan.
After the surgery, it turned out that the doctors had made a mistake. The patient was fitted with a drainage tube to drain excess fluid from his body, but part of the installation fell out after a few days. Nurses told the woman that the tube would need to be removed soon.
12 years after the operation, it was revealed that part of the object remained in the body and extended from the uterus to the liver. Doctors performed emergency surgery and removed the foreign body.
The woman went to court and it was decided that the clinic should pay 757 thousand rubles to the Russian woman for poor quality treatment.
